| Can I work with the same sitter consistently? |

Absolutely! Our goal is to familiarize you with one or two babysitters with whom your family can build a relationship. If you are requesting a specific babysitter, we encourage clients to book babysitters in advance (prior to 24 hours). You may always cancel a babysitting session with 24 hours notice, so if you would like a recurring date with a sitter we recommend this option to ensure consistency. |

| Where can I access Sensible Sitters? |

An added benefit to becoming part of the Sensible Sitters Family is that as we expand you may access our sitters anywhere that we have a presence. We have currently staffed babysitters in Manhattan, The Hamptons, Fairfield County, Los Angeles, Marin County, and Westchester County |

| Do I need to book a babysitter through Sensible Sitters? |

Yes you do need to book a babysitter through Sensible Sitters. You may directly confirm a date with a babysitter, provided that Sensible Sitters is notified as to when the sitter is booked so that we may follow up and confirm the appointment. |

| What if I do not live in Manhattan? Can I still use Sensible Sitters? |
|
Yes, in fact many of our clients do just that! Sensible Sitters provides babysitters to clients in their homes, hotel rooms, or on-site. If you need a babysitter at the office, on set, or to accompany you to the airport we can provide that. Please let us know ahead of time what your needs are and we can accommodate them. |

| Can you really provide a babysitter with 24 hours notice? |
|
Yes we can! Should we not be able to fulfill a request, we will provide a client with 3 hours of free service. We have over 150 babysitters registered with Sensible Sitters in Manhattan currently and we work our hardest to provide you with the finest service available. |

| My child has a very specific bedtime routine. How will the babysitter know what to do? |
|
When meeting with Sensible Sitters during your initial interview, please help us to document your child's bedtime routine. This way they are on file for all babysitters to use I we need to send a new sitter to your home. We will try to make every babysitting session as pleasant as possible. |
